Our most popular classes are now available in our Premium Video Library so that you can work out anytime, anywhere.

Yoga Classes: Find your flow in beginner’s, intermediate, or advanced classes. All our classes include modifications and intensifications, so you can practice at your own pace.

Meditation Classes: Release stress and get grounded. Choose from short or longer meditations to include in your day.

Strength Classes: These classes are designed to workout every muscle group in your body, helping you get stronger.

Core Classes: Core strengthening not only builds a stronger healthier body, but strengthens our confidence, too!

Stretch Classes: Are your muscles or joints feeling achy or tight, you need a great stretch class. Our 30 minute stretch classes will leave you feeling restored. Wake up, warm up, or cool down with our online flexibility classes.

Body Sculpting Method©: These energizing 20 minute classes focus on sculpting and strengthening different muscle groups using light weights, reps, and sets. A great way to start the day or get your afternoon boost on. Burn calories, lose fat and build strength!

To view Premium Library or our free Preview videos, find the Online Classes tab near the top of the home page. Hover and select Premium or Preview. The Premium tab will take you to Mindbody where you will be prompted to sign into your account. The Preview tab will keep you on our website and take you to the few complimentary online classes on our website.

Non-members can purchase unlimited viewing for $29.99 a month. Current members with an in studio package can purchase for $15 a month. Students with monthly auto-debit package will have access to Premium Library at no cost.

7am Vinyasa Flow!

New early morning 7am Class in the studio! Starts Tuesday, February 2nd.

Get your morning started with Lisa, from 7:00-8:00am for an All Level Vinyasa Flow.

Class will begin with stretching to awaken the body, sun salutations to warm up the body, a creative Vinyasa Flow sequence (modifications offered), all while focusing our attention on the breath.

This class will awaken your mind and leave you feeling energized for the day!
