Join Bonnie Harris on Saturday’s from 10:15-11:15am for her Pilates + Flow. 30 minutes of core stability exercises working Power House muscles followed by 30 minutes of all level vinyasa flow. This class will tone, strengthen, stretch and open your body in some new and fun ways.

For the entire month of June, we’re giving thanks to the kind and loving community at BE Health & Yoga by letting current members bring friends or family to any class with them, for FREE!

That’s right! All members with a yoga package can bring their bestie, co-worker, or anyone in their family to practice along side of them, in any class on the schedule.

7am Vinyasa Flow!

New early morning 7am Class in the studio! Starts Tuesday, February 2nd.

Get your morning started with Lisa, from 7:00-8:00am for an All Level Vinyasa Flow.

Class will begin with stretching to awaken the body, sun salutations to warm up the body, a creative Vinyasa Flow sequence (modifications offered), all while focusing our attention on the breath.

This class will awaken your mind and leave you feeling energized for the day!
