Fall into Yoga Challenge

Relaxing vacations are ending, it’s time to head back-to-school, and the chaos of the holiday season is right around the corner. We need our practice now more than ever to keep us healthy, grounded and energized as the air grows cooler, the days grow shorter, and we settle back into our fall routines.

That’s why starting September 10th, we’re hosting a 14-day Fall Into Yoga Challenge to help you make self-care a priority this season. Simply take one class a day from the 10th-23rd and before you know it you’ll have a healthy yoga habit to carry with you through the rest of the year. If you need to travel for your job, no problem- just give us name of the studio where you practiced while out of town.

As part of the BE Fall Into Yoga Challenge, each participant will:

  • Be entered to win a $100 BE Health & Yoga gift card & bottle of Ataraxia CBD oil if you complete 14 classes.
  • Receive a BE Yoga Gift Bag (Nama meditation cream, BE t-shirt, IR Sauna).
  • Receive a calendar to keep track of their progress.

Starting September 6th: Yoga Nidra with Amanda Dunnavant now on Thursdays at 6:45-7:30pm

Bliss for your brain. Unwind from the week with a peaceful 45-minute Yoga Nidra class every Thursday night.

Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. In this class, you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind & body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. In just 45 minutes, you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the weekend. No experience needed!
