Meditation 101: Breath Work

Join us for Meditation 101 – Each week we will cover a different form of meditation. If you are new to meditation, this class is for you! If you’ve been meditating for a while and want to go deeper or learn new techniques…we welcome you! Each class will open & close with the power of the Gong! You will learn easy tools you can incorporate into your life to relieve stress and turn within. The atmosphere will be fun and light-hearted, and appropriate for doing deep work if you choose. A

Friday, May 26th from 6-7:30pm – Mantra Meditations

Cost: $35 (no refunds)

**Wear loose, comfortable clothing. A few chairs will be available, or bring your yoga mat or blanket & pillows. Most people prefer to lay down for a gong meditation, so bring anything you like to help make yourself comfortable (blankets, pillows, etc.) while on the floor. It’s also a good idea to bring a non-glass water bottle (with lid). Please arrive early to find parking and sign in.
