Cleansing your body doesn’t have to mean fasting or juicing for days at a time in order to stay healthy. For many of us, not eating anything for 3 to 7 days can actually lead to binge eating once the cleanse is over (cancelling out any benefits we might have gained) only to return to the poor eating habits that made us want to cleanse in the first place. It can also go the other way too; we don’t know what to eat post-cleanse, so we just don’t eat and end up with a different type of eating disorder.
Looking for a way to help those in need, I created the “Cleanse Your Way to Healthy Eating” EBook Guide. It is a 7-day step-by-step eating plan that includes delicious, nourishing recipes and tips designed to naturally rid toxins from your body and start you on a path to healthy eating. During this phased approach to cleansing, you will add specific food groups to your diet each day. By starting your cleanse with only whole foods (fruits and vegetables), it will help alkalinize your body and eliminate any stored toxins that may have accumulated from eating processed foods, dairy, or refined sugar. Incorporating a new food group each day will help you learn how that food affects your body, mind, and emotions. By the end of the week, you will be on your way towards healthier eating patterns with out any post-cleanse concerns.
