The start of each New Year brings trends and innovations that everyone will be talking about. One of the trends this year for Health & Wellness is Personalized Nutrition Programs. Personalized Nutrition Programs is something I have been offering to all of clients for the past 5 years. It’s good to see others are picking up on the importance of a Bio-Indivdual approach when it comes to Health & Wellness. Having never been one to follow trends, I’ve compiled a list that is not so much trendy, but rather long lasting lifestyle and dietary recommendations to start you on a path to better health and keep you there for years to come. My philosophy when it comes to eating is “one person’s food is another person’s poison”, which is why I offer a bio-individual approach to nutrition that is tailored to each client’s specific needs. My mission is to help people achieve their goals, and their goals are unique. Some folks need improved digestion, healthier hearts and bones, less stress or increased energy. I guide them to make decisions that will produce life long change to their diets, creating healthier, happier lives. My one-on-one programs are offered in person, Skype, or phone.
